You’ll get clear direction, timelines, and consistent updates. Communication happens via email, calls, or shared project boards.

You receive full usage rights for the finalized deliverables. Raw footage and project files remain with Elapse unless otherwise agreed.

A signed agreement and a deposit secure your project date. From there, we start with a discovery call to define goals and deliverables.

Yes—monthly and quarterly packages are available for brands that need consistent, high-quality video output.

Absolutely. Elapse frequently collaborates with agencies for campaigns, retainer work, and white-label content.

Yes. Travel outside the Houston area is available and billed based on distance, time, and lodging if needed.

No problem at all. The discovery call breaks down your goals, audience, and platforms so we can recommend the right deliverables.

You’ll receive a link to review your edit and leave comments. Revisions are applied in batches to keep the process efficient and clear.

Final project files are stored for 12 months by default. Long-term archival is available upon request.

Yes — vertical reels, square posts, YouTube Shorts, story cuts, and platform-specific exports are all available.

Rush turnaround is available depending on workload. A rush fee may apply to guarantee fast delivery.

Yes — editing-only projects are welcome. You’ll get the same level of polish, pacing, color, and audio treatment as full productions.
